I'm still here!

Ok. So I obviously haven't gotten swept up in the blogging craze. It's been three months since my first and only post.

I'm taking this upcoming week off work. It's been WAY too long since I've had a vacation. Not that I'm planning on going anywhere...Just going to try and keep my mind off work. With cell phones and email, it's going to be a challenge. But I'm going to do my best.

It's not going so well thus far. Friday, my first day off, I logged into my work email to find a message from a coworker labeled "urgent." I told myself I shouldn't open it. But curiosity got the best of me. When I did, I enjoyed a good laugh. The message was from Ron, our workplace wise-ass: "Turn off your computer and turn on some music. Then, open a beer and clear your mind of everything CMA." (That's where I work, the California Medical Association.)

I'm a bit of a workaholic. Sad, but true.
